These Terms govern your use of the Level006 app and service (“Level006”), operated by Rostyslav Lesko. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Level006.
Level006 provides home workout plans matched to your weight, a workout timer, calorie targets, a food diary, photo- and text-based calorie estimates, an AI chef that suggests meals, and progress tracking. Level006 is a general fitness and wellness tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read the Health disclaimer before starting.
New accounts can start a free day: full access for 24 hours from the moment you confirm it. When it ends, access to the plan closes until you continue.
Test period: while Level006 is in test mode we do not accept payments. If you choose to continue after your free day, we give you access free of charge in 30-day periods. We will tell you in the app before any paid plan is introduced; you will never be charged without clearly agreeing to a price first.
When paid plans launch, the price will be shown before purchase (currently planned at US$35 per month), payment will be processed on our website by a third-party payment provider, and you will be able to cancel at any time.
You sign in with Apple. Keep access to your Apple ID secure. You can sign out or delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no uploading of unlawful or harmful content, and no use of the AI features to generate content unrelated to food and meals.
Calorie estimates and meal suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Check ingredients for allergies and dietary needs yourself. Do not rely on AI content for medical or nutritional decisions.
The app, workout programs, videos, texts and design belong to Rostyslav Lesko. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own fitness. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
Level006 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, damages or losses arising from your use of the service. You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for listening to your body and stopping if you feel pain or discomfort.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Level006 and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use Level006 after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are between you and Rostyslav Lesko, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
