How does the free day work?
After you sign in, confirm “Start my free day”. You get full access for 24 hours. When it ends, tap “Pay” to continue. During our test period we don’t charge anything and give you 30 days free instead.
Which workouts will I get?
Your course is chosen by your weight: 3 home workouts a week, 35–45 minutes, no equipment needed. The load grows gradually, and after each exercise you can make it easier or harder.
The music or sounds are too quiet / too loud.
Use the 🔊 and 🎵 buttons during a workout. Music plays softly so the timer signals stay audible.
Notifications don’t arrive.
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Level006 and allow notifications.
Photo calorie counting or the AI chef doesn’t work.
Turn on AI features in the app: Settings ⚙︎ → AI features.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings ⚙︎ → Delete account. All your data is deleted permanently. If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your Apple ID and we will delete it.
